“Equality treats everyone the same regardless of need, while equity achieves fairness by treating people differently dependent on need.”

As we grapple with the recent verdict and emotional aftershock from last year’s tragedy, we still have to ask ourselves, “Have we really moved the needle towards true racial equity and justice ” If not, what does that look like? More importantly, how do white-identified entrepreneurs and organizational leaders play a part in that shift?
The reality is, it takes more than touting buzzwords like “Ally” and “Anti-Racism” on social media platforms and on corporate value posters to recognize, nurture, and fight for the needs of those affected by systemic racial inequity.
To achieve a new paradigm, white entrepreneurs and organizational leaders have a pivotal role to play as key agents of change - yet even the most compassionate leaders face a number of challenges in that undertaking.
During this live, 90-minute interactive experience, it’s our intention to help you understand how to navigate these challenges with courageous dialogue, a clear roadmap, and above all--- empathy.
Rehumanization goes beyond performative allyship and embraces the “real work” on both a personal and global level.
